Grady Ryther has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Advasa Holdings, Inc. since August 11, 2025. He leads strategy, operations and partnerships as the company continues to expand its financial technology solutions.

His career has centred on digital payments and financial technology, including work on blockchain-enabled payment integration.

Mr. Ryther has founded and led several businesses. From September 2022 to August 2025, he founded and ran Grade-A Tutoring, a private tutoring company specialising in SAT preparation and advanced subjects. From February 2021 to May 2023, he founded and ran Pix-Elation, a retail business combining digital media with direct-to-consumer sales. From May 2018 to February 2021, he was managing director of ICON Parks Design, a landscape architecture and community development firm.

Mr. Ryther graduated cum laude from Harvard University in May 2010 with an A.B. in Physics and a secondary field in Economics.

Sultan Ali Rashed Lootah is a UAE-based businessman. He has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. He knows the emerging markets of Asia well - Vietnam, Korea and India among them - and has built wide relationships among senior business figures in each.

He founded the investment firm Vault Investments in 2012 and is its Chairman and Managing Partner. The firm invests in technology, retail and trading across Vietnam, the GCC, India, Egypt, Europe and the United States, and runs three funds: a Technology Debt Fund ($100 million), a Private Equity Fund ($100 million) and an Angel Investments Fund ($5 million). In 2018 he founded Relam Investments with MIG Holdings, a Vietnam-based investment group, widening the geographic range of his investment activity.

From 2007 to 2013 Mr Lootah was Chief Executive Officer of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, where he led its initiatives to combat unemployment across the Arab world. From 2003 to 2007 he was Director of Information Technology at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai.

He is the son of Ali Rashid Ahmed Lootah, Vice Chairman of the board of Mashreq Bank, a board member of Dubai World and former Chairman of Nakheel.

Will Witherspoon has worked in real asset investment end to end, from sourcing through underwriting to execution. He specialises in capital stack design, investor materials and governance, and has carried both the operational side of development and the fiduciary discipline that sits alongside it. He has worked on more than $300 million of development projects, structuring debt and equity to match target returns.

He is Asset Acquisition Manager at UMcapital, responsible for confirming and validating target assets and preparing them for acquisition and investment.

Since 2020 he has been a Principal at Hubert Development in Atlanta, Georgia, leading multifamily and commercial projects from acquisition through pre-development, financing and construction to stabilisation. Alongside underwriting, capital structure, lender selection, term negotiation and draw administration, he directs entitlement work and relationships with municipalities, general contractors and design teams.

Since 2017 he has been at Forge Consulting, working with attorneys and fiduciaries to design trust, estate and insurance arrangements for high-net-worth clients and settlement recipients.

Before moving into investment he played in the NFL from 2002 to 2014, for the Carolina Panthers, St. Louis Rams, Philadelphia Eagles and Tennessee Titans. He served as Team Captain and as a player representative for the NFLPA.

He holds an MBA from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He is also a board member of A Greener World, a non-profit that certifies sustainable farming.

From July 2022 to December 2023 he was at The CFO Squad, which provides outsourced accounting and finance services. Before that he was at Muscle Maker, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer from September 2018 and as Chief Accounting Officer from January to July 2022. From January to May 2018 he was Vice President of Finance, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Envision Solar International, Inc.
