Ferdinand Groenewald appointed to the Board of Directors.
Advasa Holdings, Inc. today announced the appointment of Ferdinand Groenewald as an independent director.
He joins all three standing committees:
- Audit Committee - as Chair
- Compensation Committee - as a member
- Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee - as a member
His appointment brings the Board to four directors, three of whom are independent.
Mr Groenewald is a financial executive whose career has been spent almost entirely in senior finance roles at Nasdaq-listed companies. He has served as Vice President of Finance of Alaunos Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2024, and was Chief Financial Officer of Streamex Corp from June 2024 to March 2026. He has previously held chief financial officer, chief accounting officer and principal financial officer positions.
